Don't get me wrong, I love 3-day weekends. If I could find a job that would give me the option of working 4-10 hr days in a row with 3 off I would do it in a heartbeat. I'm playing hooky from work today. Well, it's a pre-scheduled hooky. I had a doctor's appointment at 10:30, which usually lasts a couple of hours because it's a clinic and the doc always runs tests and wants blood, etc. Plus, there's the whole 'I missed my last 6 month checkup'...8 months ago. *grimace* I'm so crappy at calling to schedule things. This is my second 2-day weekend and it's wonderful. I love the fact that I could laze the day away in the knowledge that I'll have tomorrow to actually get shit done.
